The Intersect Group is hiring a Program Manager who will play a key role in providing world class support to our customers and clients by managing business and technology programs / projects and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner. This is a fully remote position operating in PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management of programs and projects in business & technology
• Develop and manage consolidated project plans, status reports, dashboards and communicate with stakeholders
• Generate metrics around tracking of activities, risks, issues and project financials
• Ensure all project documents adhere to the change management guidelines
• Facilitate structured release and prioritization meetings in partnership with Product Owners
• Manage customer expectations and communicate with all stakeholders
• Works well in a team and is flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask; manage 4-6 projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 5-8 years of project management experience in a highly collaborative IT environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project
• Must be proficient in estimating and sizing development efforts
• Experienced with Excel, PowerPoint to generate reports and dashboards
• Experience in IT release planning and coordination of release activities
• Experienced with tools like Visual Studio Team Services, Jira, Confluence
• Software development project experience
• Ability to work PST hours
