Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Lead guest-centric initiatives, and ensure compliance with The

Buttered Biscuit standards, and guide management in achieving financial targets, and

leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and

streamline operations

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Implement innovative sales strategies, and drive incremental

sales through effective leadership.

  • Leadership and Strategic Oversight: Develop strategic plans, monitor performance

metrics, mentor General Managers, build a pipeline of talent, and foster a culture of

excellence.

  • Team Development and Support: Recruit, onboard, and train management teams, provide

coaching and feedback, and resolving personnel issues.

  • Build Relationships with Key Vendors: Building and maintaining relationships with

suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure

supply chain efficiency

  • Health and Safety: Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed to provide a

safe working environment for employees

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in multi-unit management leadership in a full-service restaurant

company (casual, upscale casual, or fine dining).

  • Holidays are required, except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in POS and corporate software systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
  • Prior experience in opening restaurants is strongly preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • 80% in the restaurants, 20% in support / corporate office
  • Weekend availability required

Job Type: Full-time 45-50 hr/week

Pay: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
