North Central Texas Council of Governments is Hiring a Social Media Intern Near Arlington, TX
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Designing, captioning, and scheduling social media posts for multiple platforms
- Conducting Google Analytics and boosting posts
- Designing posters, templates, logos, infographics, animated videos, and other visuals
- Proofreading documents
- Conducting email blasts or other mass communications
- Presenting and receiving feedback at committee meetings attended by participating cities and counties
- Writing press releases
- Experience using a variety of design tools, including Adobe products, Canva, Vyond
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong note-taking skills
- Organized with ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university in a degree seeking program during employment.
- No experience required.
