The Job

The Marketing Project Coordinator will support the Marketing team by providing project coordination functions, managing the team’s pipeline of projects, deliverables, communication, and content calendar, and helping ensure the team and organization deliver on commitments in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize a project management program to help organize and manage campaigns/projects.
• Coordinate deliverables in a timely and effective manner.
• Execute task delegation to team members with the guidance of the Vice President of Marketing.
• Manage the department’s content calendar and ensure timely publication of emails and social media.
• Serves as a librarian for documents, capturing and documenting all meeting communication and maintaining organized records for marketing and customer initiatives.
• Confer with vendors and other contacts as needed including processing of orders and associated invoices/payments.
• Oversee the logistics of special projects, such as office presentations and customers’ needs, to reflect a positive and professional environment.
• Assist with shipping, tracking, and receiving of packages related to Marketing initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Need

• 3 years of project management or coordination experience required in marketing.
• High school degree required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Certified associate in project management (CAPM) is a plus.
• Automotive/Finance experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for long periods of time.
• Staring at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
