Position Overview :

You will play a critical role in building a pipeline of qualified candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience, and ensuring that our facilities are staffed with compassionate, skilled professionals who share our commitment to excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to hire, ensuring timely communication, providing feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers, facilitate pre-employment screenings, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and other sources of talent to expand our recruitment network.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications :

  • A degree in being a rockstar! Being able to sell and customer service is a must.
  • Being licensed as Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software applications.
  • Passion for healthcare and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Salary / Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
