What You’ll Get to Do:
Serves as a Jr Functional Test Engineer for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) - once complete IPPS-A will be the largest integrated personnel and pay system in the world! Works with supervision from Mid and Sr level test engineers, performs tasks related to (functional, 508 Compliance, regression, performance, load, end-to-end, information assurance, integration, and security) testing of the PeopleSoft-based IPPS-A enterprise resource planning (ERP) system using manual and automated test tools. Writes and executes test cases, investigates and analyzes test results, and builds and maintains automated regression test suites and integrates them into build processes. Works with business analysts to understand the system design and works with developers to resolve defects. Works with the Senior Test Lead to ensure test processes and procedures are followed.
