UpperKuts Boxing Club is Hiring a Fitness Class Instructor Near Ashland, MA
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead dynamic, safe, and engaging fitness classes, including HIIT and fitness boxing.
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual members' fitness levels and goals.
- Monitor members' progress, adjusting programs as needed and providing feedback and encouragement.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, adhering to all club and industry safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to ensure our classes remain effective and engaging.
- Certified Fitness Instructor; additional certifications in Boxing and HIIT training are a plus.
- Proven experience in leading group fitness classes and personal training sessions.
- Excellent knowledge of fitness techniques, safety practices, and proper form.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
