Job DescriptionIn this role, you will take on a pivotal position, supervising and actively participating in the preparation of financial statements and management reports to ensure timely submission. Your key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and actively participating in the preparation of financial statements and management reports to ensure timely reporting.
- Conducting comprehensive fluctuation analysis, involving research, identification, and documentation of variance justifications.
- Ensuring the completion of all statutory reports, including GST filings, XBRL uploads, and more, well before the due date.
- Acting as the key liaison with external and internal auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Providing consolidated reporting that is both timely and accurate, in line with relevant accounting standards and statutory guidelines.
- Preparing and meticulously reviewing monthly account reconciliations and journal entries by accessing financial system data.
- Assisting in the annual budget preparation process.
- Coordinating the preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
- Managing and reviewing income tax and deferred tax computations, as well as any necessary information to facilitate punctual tax filings.
- A Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years' working experience in a similar capacity is a requirement for this position.
- Hands-on experience in accounts consolidation is preferred.
- A good understanding of Financial Reporting Standards.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to changes, with strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
