Responsibilities Include:
- Run client projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, design, engineering, fabrication and accounting
- Complete all tasks and projects with accuracy and detail – following company standards and procedures
- Communicate with clients, and maintain relationships
- Manage paperwork and data for entire project (including estimates, work orders, labor orders, shop forms, install and dismantle forms, etc.)
- Set schedules and work to monitor and maintain those schedules
- A thorough understanding of trade show displays, construction methods and technology
- Must be extremely customer-centric, providing a positive customer experience at all times
- Must have experience in a client facing role
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to interact effectively and professional with both internal departments and clients
- High energy, detail oriented and deadline focused
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
- Minimum 5 years experience as a retail project manager/account manager
