Job Responsibilities
- Understand the requirements and timeline for customer team projects.
- Clarify and collect the required information for project execution.
- Manage material procurement and transfer.
- Maintain clear bookkeeping of large inventory.
- Proactively monitor and track multiple projects.
- Provide clear progress reports on project execution.
- Coordinate between customer and lab site teams towards smooth project execution.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive ownership of ambiguous problems.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Previous project coordination or management experience.
- Experience in data center network operation or background.
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in computer science or related field.

- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
