Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Refined Home Services, responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing customers. Your primary goal will be to promote our products and services, generate sales leads, and close deals. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on our range of home improvement solutions.
- Listen attentively to customers' needs, provide tailored recommendations, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure new business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sales support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to continuously improve your sales approach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry such as home improvement or construction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Availability to travel within the designated sales territory as needed.
- A valid driver's license (we provide the vehicle)
