Experience in production support, design, analysis, and development using Cobol, JCL, DB2, MQ and CICS.
Lead the resolution of mainframe-related incidents and problems, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to minimize downtime and impact on business.
Experience of the CICS resource definitions, including those that pertain to CICS region performance.
Proven experience (14 years) in mainframe administration, with in-depth knowledge of mainframe hardware, operating systems operations.
Experience in CICSPlex environment.
