Job DescriptionWet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of the Bartender postion include the following:
- Greet guests in a timely manner with a positve attitude
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process cash, credit card & other payment transactions efficiently
- Maintain clean dining & service areas of the Bar at all times
- Complete sidework at the beginning & the end of each shift
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid NJ DGE Card
- Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk prolonged periods of time
