Our client is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a full-time role with amazing people and benefits (401K, and employer provided pension, top of the line medical and dental with minimal employee contribution, tons of vacation and much more). Plans, supervises, directs, reviews, and oversees building-related projects, as well as the relationship with various service vendors, provider partners, and support staff. Oversight of security post orders, safety, and security policy and procedures, environmental services, construction partners, and materials management.
Responsibilities
-Works with the offsite vendor for property management, architects, and company leadership to include for Construction project oversight and planning facilitation
-Manage, track, and communicate all building-related projects and issues
-Works with the Contracts team and facilities stakeholders to finalize RFPs for Security system alarm, access and camera system installation, oversight, and maintenance
-Invoice management for building vendors
-Assigns security access to building staff, including badges, keys, and alarm codes
-Acts as lead for Healthcare and office location
-Manage vendors, prepare the meeting agenda and minutes
- Incident Reporting policy and procedure
-Serve as point person for structural issues and report to the building owner for resolution
-Manage and track regular building maintenance and cleaning
-Manages inventory
-Office needs (e.g., vendors for services, furniture, supplies, etc.)
-Perform a full range of custodial work involving the care, cleaning, and maintenance of the facility
QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum 5 years Facilities
-Solid working knowledge of OSHA standards
-Previous Construction Project management and oversight
-Working knowledge of modern office machinery and equipment
-Basic budgeting
-Janitorial services
-Building Security
-Procurement experience
-Department safety practices and procedures
-Emergency response policies and procedures
-Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement and initiative
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
High School or equivalent work experience
Skills and Abilities
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook )
-Lift and move heavy objects up to 60 lbs.
-Effective presentation and communication skills/ability
-Able to track multiple projects to completion by goal date
-Strong organizational skills
-Experience in daily operations management for multi-department building
Physical Demands
Mobility to work in and around the building, to sit, stand, and walk on level, uneven, or slippery surfaces; frequently reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, grasping, and making repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties.
