YongShing Auburn Inc is Hiring a Part time Bartender Near Auburn, MA

We are looking for individuals interested in Bartender roles, must be able to work on weekday, weekend and evening, this is a part time position with 3-4 work days. Applicants must have 1-2 years proven bartending experience.

The duties of a Bartender in a restaurant include:

  • Mixing and Serving Drinks: Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. This involves knowing how to mix various cocktails, pour beers and wines, and prepare other drinks according to customer preferences.
  • Customer Service: Bartenders often interact directly with customers, taking drink orders, engaging in conversation, and providing recommendations on drinks. Good customer service skills are essential to ensure a positive experience for patrons.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Bartenders must keep their work area clean and organized, including the bar counter, drink preparation area, and equipment such as glassware and utensils. This helps ensure a hygienic environment and reflects positively on the establishment.
  • Checking Identification: Bartenders are responsible for verifying the age of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age before serving alcoholic beverages. This helps maintain compliance with laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol.
  • Handling Payments: Bartenders typically handle cash and credit card transactions when customers pay for their drinks. They must accurately process payments, provide change when necessary, and maintain proper records of sales.
