We are looking for individuals interested in Bartender roles, must be able to work on weekday, weekend and evening, this is a part time position with 3-4 work days. Applicants must have 1-2 years proven bartending experience.

The duties of a Bartender in a restaurant include:

• Mixing and Serving Drinks: Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. This involves knowing how to mix various cocktails, pour beers and wines, and prepare other drinks according to customer preferences.

• Customer Service: Bartenders often interact directly with customers, taking drink orders, engaging in conversation, and providing recommendations on drinks. Good customer service skills are essential to ensure a positive experience for patrons.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Bartenders must keep their work area clean and organized, including the bar counter, drink preparation area, and equipment such as glassware and utensils. This helps ensure a hygienic environment and reflects positively on the establishment.

• Checking Identification: Bartenders are responsible for verifying the age of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age before serving alcoholic beverages. This helps maintain compliance with laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol.

• Handling Payments: Bartenders typically handle cash and credit card transactions when customers pay for their drinks. They must accurately process payments, provide change when necessary, and maintain proper records of sales.

• Stocking and Inventory Management: Bartenders may be responsible for managing inventory levels of beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies. This includes restocking items as needed, conducting inventory counts, and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.

• Knowledge of Beverages: A good bartender should have a solid understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, and garnishes, as well as knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes. This allows them to create drinks to meet customer preferences and provide recommendations.

• Maintaining Alcohol Awareness: Bartenders should be aware of the signs of intoxication and know when to refuse service to customers who have had too much to drink. Responsible alcohol service helps ensure the safety and well-being of patrons.

• Teamwork: In busy establishments, bartenders often work as part of a team with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff. Effective communication and cooperation are essential for smooth operations and providing excellent service to customers.

• Adhering to Regulations: Bartenders must comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing the sale and service of alcohol, including those related to age restrictions, serving hours, and responsible alcohol service practices. This helps prevent legal issues and maintain the reputation of the establishment.

• Restaurant Bartending experience is a MUST

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
