Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Application Tester with a minimum of two (2) years of application testing experience. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in developing and writing queries in SQL, analyzing data, and performance monitoring. Additionally, they should be adept at implementing quality control plans, identifying system improvements, and generating custom reports. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively relay information to non-technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough application testing to ensure high-quality software performance.
• Develop and write SQL queries to support testing and data analysis.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor performance to ensure applications meet required standards.
• Implement quality control plans and recommend system improvements.
• Develop and generate custom reports for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to non-technical staff.

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in application testing.
• Preferred: One (1) or more years of experience in the following areas:
• Developing and writing queries in SQL.
• Data analysis and interpretation.
• Performance monitoring and improvement.
• Implementing quality control plans and identifying system improvements.
• Generating custom reports.
• Strong communication skills to effectively relay technical information to non-technical staff.
