Company Name is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified ENT Physician Assistant to join our esteemed medical team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years working in an outpatient setting.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week.
- Typical clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- On-call responsibilities may be required on a rotational basis to provide 24/7 coverage for emergencies and patient care needs.
- The specific work schedule and on-call duties will be discussed during the interview process to ensure a mutually agreed-upon arrangement that balances patient care needs and physician well-being.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay current with medical research and advancements
- Current Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
- Dedication to providing compassionate patient care
