KAAPA Partners Aurora, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented team leader for our Production Manager opening. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the ethanol industry and excellent problem-solving skills while maintaining quality standards. Primary duties include monitoring and reviewing daily production levels, completing all reporting requirements, supervising production crews, and directly supervising all shutdown and start-ups of the plant in addition to being on-call. The position requires candidate to be able to exert up to 75 lbs of force occasionally and 30 lbs frequently.
