Associate Attorney

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings
- Conduct legal administrative tasks, such as document review and file organization

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation
- Experience with Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis for legal research
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and courtroom etiquette
