Job Summary and Qualifications

Supervises and coordinates the duties, responsibilities and activities of the general accounting functions, the accounting professionals and the accounts payable staff. Responsible for overseeing the recording of accounting information into the general and subsidiary ledgers in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and hospital policies in an accurate and timely manner.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Major in Accounting or related field. C.P.A. and/or MBA preferred
• Minimum three to five years accounting experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience
• Multi-facility close principles and experience is preferred
