We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee and enhance our accounts receivable operations at East West Hospitality. You will play a crucial role in managing our financial processes, leading a team, and maintaining strong client relationships. Job Duties
- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, and cash application.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures for timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Supervise and mentor accounts receivable staff, setting performance goals and providing training.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, aging reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and HOA governing documents.
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: Starting at $29/hour depending on experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
