Our client, a law firm in Baltimore, MD, is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of transactional commercial real estate experience and some corporate knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing surveys, title commitments and exception documents
• Draft transactional real estate documents
• Draft some corporate documents
• Focus on commercial real estate lending, construction and leasing transactions
• Support team as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience reviewing title and survey
• Experience with a reputable law firm
• Paralegal certificate is a plus
• Excellent team player
