The Receptionist / Administrative Assistance is Beal’s ‘Director of First Impressions’ as he/she welcomes and directs visitors while maintaining a professional and orderly office atmosphere; ensures clients are provided with the highest level of hospitality; utilizes a computer-based, multi-line telephone system to answer and direct calls for various businesses; performs a variety of general office functions including filing, clerical tasks, mail and courier handling. This entails the management of all tour/ meeting schedule processes in order to meet Beal’s s goals and to ensure that the College adheres to professional standards and policies.
1. Greet clients and visitors
2. Provide general information and assistance to students, prospects and staff as needed.
3. Helps to maintain an accurate records in the CRM / Student database.
4. Performs multiple administrative tasks and projects assigned by the VP of Enrollment, the COO / Provost and the President.
5. Assist in Registrar / administrative duties as assigned by the VP of Enrollment.
6. Assists supervisor to establish and then adhere to strict privacy / confidentiality procedures.
7. Commitment to the success of the students and the company.
