Beacon Hill is Hiring a Part-Time Recruiter Near Brisbane, CA
*3 month extendable contract 20-30 hours per week*
Responsibilities:
As a Sourcer/Recruiter, you will partner with your client groups to source and attract candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
Provide strategic, full cycle recruiting support to hiring leaders, including providing candidate market data insights, feedback, and hiring recommendations.
Using LinkedIn Recruiter, identify and source passive candidates for a wide variety of skill sets.
Collaborate with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to develop job descriptions and showcase the position as well as benefits of the organization.
Provide offer management support, including offer development, extending offers, and negotiating and closing candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of biotechnology or search in-house experience.
Experience using Greenhouse ATS
