We offer corporate apparel, promotional items, signage, awards, and spirit wear from 1 to thousands for individuals, event organizers and businesses of all sizes. Our most popular service we offer is our online fundraising sites/company stores. This avenue allows us to giveback to our hometown and the communities around us, all while providing high demand spirit wear and gifts to various schools, events, organizations and small businesses. The position will act in the role of manager over the retail divison for Rose Promos. The person will be responsible for creating and updating store policies, working on marketing programs that will increase sales and managing inventory of products. Customer interfacing includes servicing customers in-store requests as well as handling requests for quotations from our wholesale side of the business. As the Retail Sales Manager for Rose Promos, you are not only representing yourself, but our company. This position will include contact with clients. We expect professional guidelines are always met. This position is a part time employee position with hours set forth by the management of Rose Promotions, Inc (DBA Rose Promos). This position would be Monday-Friday 9:45am-5pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strong customer service experience

• Manage inventory through Shopify by implementing purchasing plans and monthly reporting on sale trends

• Coordinate with social media intern to include new products, store specials, marketing opportunities etc.

• Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue

• Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable

• Work together with Operations Manager to submit retail orders

• Collaborate with Executive Sales Assistant on quotes requested within the store for our operations side

• Assists in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management (or making appropriate decisions without supervision)

• Assist in online site sort projects in coordination with the Operations Manager

• Operates the heat press on premises for walk-in clients as well as orders from our Operations team

• Maintain a clean environment with safety as the upmost concern for customers and employees

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Retail Manager or related field

• 3-5 years of retail management experience

• Experience with Shopify a plus

• Comfortable working with various technology

• Willingness to travel, on a very limited basis locally, with a personal vehicle, and work in a global team of professionals

• Experience developing and managing budgets to ensure profitability

• Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques

• Ability to multi-task with a variety of different projects happening simultaneously

• Ability to handle complicated situations and make instant decisions when needed

• Ability to prioritize tasks in order to get the job complete

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Qualities include honesty, assertiveness and takes a systematic approach to accomplishing tasks

• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.25 per week
