Responsibilities :
Press Setup and Operation : Assist in setting up and operating the Goss Community press, which includes 3 tower units and 3 mono units with 2 folders.
Press Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the press operates optimally. This includes cleaning, lubricating, changing blankets and rollers, and performing other maintenance as required.
Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues that arise during the printing process to maintain high-quality production standards and minimize downtime.
Quality Control : Frequently examine printed products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.
Team Collaboration : Work well with other team members, providing support and fostering a collaborative working environment.
Training : Provide training for new team members to help them understand the operation and maintenance of the press.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Meeting Production Goals : Ensure that production goals are met, managing time and resources effectively to meet deadlines, particularly the main deadline of 8pm.
Shift Work : Be available to work the specified evening / late night shift from Monday to Friday, from 2pm to 11pm.
