We are looking for the right person with scheduling, dental insurance experience, organizational skills that also enjoys talking with people. Dental experience is a must.
Additional tasks will include but not limited to assisting with insurance verification, patient concerns, billing disputes, patient flow, problem solving, coordinating building equipment maintenance, other tasks as assigned.
We are looking for a person that will find a work home and fit in with the existing effective team.
Ideal candidate:
2 years of dental experience ideally with administrative experience.
Ability to work M-Th 7:15-4:30.
Patient Management Software, ideally Dentrix.
Phone Skills, ability to answer the phone with a smile and truly assist the caller
Ability to quickly learn, adapt and overcome obstacles
Ability to work as a team member but also be able to work autonomously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour to start with expected increases commensurate with performance
