We are an off premise catering company serving a wide variety of events and clients. Our events do not take place at our office/kitchen we’re all items are prepped and or cooked to completion.

Some events are BBQs where we would be sending prepped provisions to be cooked by another chef onsite, others are traditional catering items to be completed in house and delivered in aluminum trays.

Our main area of expertise is grazing stations, beautiful hors d’evoures that are prepped and then assembled on site at an event. These items are ment to wow taste buds with their eyes.

Additionally we do food styling for movie and tv sets. These items are also consist of attention to detail and well organized execution.

We are seeking a skilled Caterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality and food industry, with a passion for catering and kitchen management. If you have a background in fine dining, line cook and food handling, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Ordering provisions based on weekly catering sheet

- managing your time properly to produce menu items based on catering schedule

-every week is different, we need someone who is flexible with their time based on when events are scheduled
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in catering or related roles
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food service best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and restrictions

-self motivated adult who can stay focused to ensure all orders are correct and on time
- Certification in food handling is a plus
