Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our Lily's Babylon location. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and success of the restaurant. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Oversee inventory control and food cost management
- Coordinate and supervise food production and service
- Train and mentor staff on proper procedures and techniques
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates
- Create employee schedules and manage shift assignments
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:
