We are seeking a highly organized and experienced office manager with Medical Coding Experience to join our team. The office manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our billing and authorization team, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all coding is compliant with CMS guidelines
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with the IPAs / insurance companies to resolve issues

Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Experience in providing medical administrative support in a healthcare setting
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
