Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Service Assistant. The Service Assistant will play a crucial role in providing support to our operations, ensuring that families receive the utmost care and attention during their time of need. This position involves a combination of office work, client interaction, and logistical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform minimal office tasks, including answering phones and assisting with administrative duties.
• Utilize company vehicle to deliver urns to families in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct removals from hospitals and transport remains to our facility with care and respect.
• Handle human remains with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with grieving families.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and take direction from supervisors.
• Act as a problem solver, adapting to various situations and finding solutions as needed.
• Show a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable handling human remains.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with families.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to take direction and instruction from supervisors.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work collaboratively with others.
• Desire to grow and advance within the company.
