We are actively seeking an experienced full-time Service Advisor with a positive attitude that is motivated by working hard and can offer great experience to our customers. This position has a six-figure income potential.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide customers with all maintenance and mechanical needs.
• Effectively translate technician recommendations to customers.
• Provide accurate times and monetary quotes for each repair.
• Communicate frequently with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customers upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed.
• Leave a positive impression on customers.
• Experience with Dealer Track and or Xtime a plus!

Qualifications:

• Prior service advisor experience required
• Great organizational skills with a friendly personality
• Time management skills
• Team oriented and self-motivated

Work schedule is 4 days a week, 7:00am - 7:00 pm (3 week rotating schedule) Although Saturdays are required, Every 3 weeks you will get Friday through Tuesday off!
