Piper Companies is Hiring a Proposal Manager Near Baltimore, MD

Piper Companies is looking for a Proposal Manager to join a consulting engineering firm located in Baltimore, MD. The Proposal Manager will work with staff to develop proposals, presentation materials, and other marketing efforts.
Responsibilities of the Proposal Manager include:
  • Receive and analyze RFPs to prepare proposal outlines
  • Create and prepare materials for presentations for clients
  • Conduct research and gather data on clients, competitors, and the general market
  • Utilize InDesign to create proposals and Deltek Vision Database to maintain project information
  • Assist with other projects and marketing-related duties as needed
Qualifications for the Proposal Manager include:
  • 5 years of experience working with proposals
  • Previous experience using Deltek or InDesign
  • Knowledge of the architectural engineering industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation for the Proposal Manager includes:
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 **depending on experience**
  • Comprehensive Benefit Package: CareFirst/Principal - Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k
  • Perks: Hybrid, PTO
