Responsibilities of the Proposal Manager include:
- Receive and analyze RFPs to prepare proposal outlines
- Create and prepare materials for presentations for clients
- Conduct research and gather data on clients, competitors, and the general market
- Utilize InDesign to create proposals and Deltek Vision Database to maintain project information
- Assist with other projects and marketing-related duties as needed
- 5 years of experience working with proposals
- Previous experience using Deltek or InDesign
- Knowledge of the architectural engineering industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 **depending on experience**
- Comprehensive Benefit Package: CareFirst/Principal - Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k
- Perks: Hybrid, PTO
