e balance!* *Job Description* Experience, Skills and Abilities for Operational Manager: * •Prior experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required. * •Prior Warehouse Managing and overseeing employees experience preferred. * •Prior Dispatching is preferred. * •Strong computer skills required * •Must have a strong work ethic with specific attention to detail Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Operational Manager: * Attend and actively participate in all required meetings and conference calls * A Company cell phone is provided, with the understanding that you will respond to calls, emails and any communication from management and customers to provide superior customer service * Manage and over see all employees in your location * Responsible for hiring, training and terminating employees * Will have Keyholder responsibilities * Ensure your location is always open on time and functions properly * Limited Responsibility handling cash outs, bank deposits, etc. * Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse * Ensure dispatch deliveries go out in a timely manner Education & Knowledge for Operational Manager: * Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills * Must maintain a clean driving record * Superior interpersonal communication skills * Self-motivated * Must work well under pressure * Ability to multi-task Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,200.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
