Position Summary
The Pingry School’s Office of Institutional Advancement is responsible for the outreach to the school’s internal and external constituencies. Through community outreach and relationship building, the department motivates Pingry’s constituencies and the community at large to support the school financially. By obtaining the financial resources required by The Pingry School to carry out its educational objectives, the department plays a vital role in contributing to the overall education and personal development of Pingry students and maintaining Pingry’s place as an outstanding educational institution.
The Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement, reporting to the Director of Development, is responsible for designing and executing engagement strategies for Pingry alumni, with particular emphasis on graduates from 2004 to the present. The Assistant Director supports the Director of Development in achieving and tracking the overarching goals and objectives for Pingry’s alumni engagement program. The person in this position manages relationships to build a dynamic alumni volunteer network and works collaboratively with fundraising colleagues to ensure that alumni engagement and advancement goals are aligned.
