RMA Network is Hiring a PHLEBOTOMIST (Part-Time) Near Basking Ridge, NJ

RMA is currently seeking a Part Time Phlebotomist to join our growing team in Basking Ridge, NJ who would be working every other weekend from 5:30am - 11:30am.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipunctures and finger sticks
  • Prepare specimens
  • Ensure blood/specimen requirements are met at the time of collection and maintain specimen integrity
  • Maintain daily tallies of collections performed
  • Turnover draw stations in a timely manner
  • Strictly follow and adhere to OSHA guidelines
  • Ensure a high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, and a demonstrated self-directed work ethic are required.
  • Completion of a Phlebotomy Program required. State certification preferred
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills
  • 3 years recent phlebotomy experience in a high patient volume environment is required
  • EMR experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service, listening/interpersonal, and communication skills a must
  • Exceptional computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
