Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Manager at K.Hollis Jewelers, Boutique & Wine Bar. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset with experience running a successful brick-and-mortar retail woman's boutique. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including managing the boutique team, vendor management, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well-curated selection of merchandise. The Boutique Manager will collaborate with the jewelry, marketing and wine bar teams to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• Adopt analytical approach to identify potential areas for growth and improvement
• Ability to develop and execute an annual business & marketing plan for the boutique
• Product Knowledge and expertise in women's apparel and fashion
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide personalized and attentive service
• Experience in managing a Boutique or similar retail environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and foster a positive work environment
• Passion for fashion and boutique retail
• Monitor inventory and stock of necessary materials
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
