Overview:
Join our team as a Data Entry Specialist and play a crucial role in creating and maintaining accurate digital information for our organization. This position offers an opportunity to work with office computer systems and data entry tasks, as well as assisting in the order fulfillment process at a fast growing small business.
Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain data in computerized systems
- Grade items for quality and record in a spreadsheet
- Organize and file documents for easy retrieval
- Assist with order fulfillment processes
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Support data collection efforts as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Drive applications, especially Google Sheets, a necessity
- Strong organizational skills to manage data efficiently
- Experience with file management and clerical tasks
- Ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to occasionally lift boxes up to 50lbs from floor to table
Familiarity with barcode inventory systems, eBay and Amazon selling are considered a huge plus!
