LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Senior Corporate Accountant role with a global corporation. The ideal candidate will be a CPA candidate with a minimum of 4 years accounting experience and be smart & driven with eagerness to continue learning. This role offers generous PTO, excellent benefits, and a flexible HYBRID work schedule.
Senior Corporate Accountant duties will include:
- Prepare monthly journal entries for the accounting close process.
- Collaborate with other departments and/or external service providers to ensure all transactions have been properly recorded.
- Applies accounting policies to financial records of the various entities.
- Prepares monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of account balances.
- Assists in the preparation of schedules for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Provide assistance to senior management, reconciliations, account activity explanations, and other support as required for internal and external auditors.
- Perform research on technical accounting matters and performs other ad hoc analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Accounting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work on complex accounting issues
- Min 4 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel
