The Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing the work of group leads and processing staff. This position oversees the NEJ flow of products and ensures that all is completed efficiently, timely, and safely. The Supervisor is also responsible for motivating and coaching the staff to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are consistently being met and/or exceeded.

In addition to the overall duties described above, the Essential Duties and Responsibilities can include:

· Provide concise and clear communication to the staff.

· Drive pace and efficiency to run the operation at the lowest potential CPU.

· Assess how to create a more efficient and productive team by reviewing and improving processes.

· Oversee the training of new hires to ensure an understanding of customer specifications.

· Ensure all units are packed before asking for the PO closure.

· Ensure adherence to safety guidelines.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred with 3-5 years of related experience in warehouse/distribution center and process management.

Supervisor experience preferred.
