Tlc Homecare is Hiring a Direct Support Staff Near Beacon, CT
Position is Part-Time Located inBEACON FALLS CT : 15 Hours per week 230p-530p Monday to Friday
TLC Homecare is seeking qualified, experienced direct support staff, to work with Individuals receiving support through the Department of Developmental Services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of direct service work experience in a human service area. Experience with disabled persons is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- PCA, hands on experience with ADL's required
- Obtain and/or maintain CPR Certification, First Aid Training and PMT Certification.
- Available means of transportation to and from work.
- Must have a valid Drivers license with clean record and own reliable vehicle to use for work/transporting the individual.
- Automobile insurance in force per TLC Homecare's specifications when using personal vehicle for work-related purposes.
Candidates Must pass a criminal background check, and provide three professional references.
Interviews are done in person Mon-Fri between 10a and 2p by APPOINTMENT ONLY
