Basic duties: Interact directly with clients and employees daily. Aid in any inquiries that may arise, advise on any safety items that may need attention, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualification:

• 2 years recruiting experience preferred
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Avionte) and other recruitment software
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive work culture

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring timely communication and proper onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (Avionte) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Develop and maintain relationships with client offering professional costumer service
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
• Conduct safety walks periodically, to promote a safe work environment
• Basic timecard management and auditing for all employees.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
