We are looking for a Title Clerk to join our team!
Responsibilities
This individual will primarily be responsible for handling information regarding Motorcycle registration and process legal documents and other state-required documents.
Organized, detail-oriented individual required with previous titling experience preferred.
- Processes all new and used motorcycle for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Prepares tax and title documents.
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles or from receiving dealership.
- Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
- Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.
- Process payments made to titling agencies.
- Process duplicate title requests as needed
- Make lien payoffs
- Post Motorcycle deals
- Post F & I products sold
- Process end of month payments
- Record and maintain new and used inventory in Light Speed System
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Title work experience preferred
- Knowledge of loan origination functions mandatory
- Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers as well as employees
- Must successfully complete a background and drug screening
