BSC America/ Bel Air Auto Auction is Hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor Near Belcamp, MD
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee our accounting department's payables operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, double-entry bookkeeping, and technical accounting practices.
To work directly with Chief Financial Officer and AP Clerks in our Headquarters office.
:
- Supervise and assist the AP Clerks
- Process accounts payable
- Reconcile general ledger accounts for multi-company payables monthly
- Complete month-end processing
- Prepare monthly reports and schedules
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner
: A.A. degree in Accounting or 2-3 years A/P Accounting experience
: Successful candidate should have good computer skills (EXCEL, Sage 300); knowledge of computerized accounting; problem-solving abilities and good organizational skills.
