**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our In Home Care team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized care and support to patients in various in home care setting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients with daily personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in home care settings such as PCA
- Familiarity with working in Level I or Level II of care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude towards patient care
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different Homecare settings
