Salary $80,000 - $105,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounting and financial operations and will have extensive financial reporting experience. - Overseeing and managing all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Using Oracle to track and manage financial data.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
- Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Providing guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management with a company $600MM in revenue.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.
- Proficiency in Oracle, Tableau and other accounting software.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
