Path Engineering is Hiring a Production Associates Near Bellefontaine, OH
As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Production Operator), you'll operate production lines, ensure the safety of self and others, and maintain the quality of the product. You'll also be responsible for supplying the line with raw materials, performing quality checks, troubleshooting line or quality concerns, and participating in continuous improvement of processes. This role offers a unique 3-2-2 schedule with 12-hour shifts, allowing you to work fewer days.
Benefits- Competitive wage rate up to $22.35 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium.
- Quarterly bonus potential up to 10.5% of quarterly eligible earnings.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions, basic computer skills, experience with measurement tools and gauges, and mechanical aptitude.
