Job Summary

Hospitality Manager Ensures total guest satisfaction while leading the front-of-the-house service team. Oversees guest interaction, standards for service, restaurant facilities & equipment, and staffing and training.

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensuring that Team Members satisfy all guest service standards
• Performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties
• Ensuring proper staffing in each area
• Assisting with hiring, training, coaching, and counseling Team Members.
• Working effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partners
• Listening, communicating, and working to resolve guest concerns
• Delivering timely results with minimal supervision
• Ensure a safe environment for all Team Members and Guests
• Maintaining regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts
• All other functions as designated by the General Manager

Job Requirements :

• Must be 21 years old or older
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality business, buffets, and contract food service is a plus!
• Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of all staff functions
