ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review order fulfillment work bench to enter transfer orders for Edina.
- Release and distribute work orders to all departments in the factory in a timely manner.
- Print serial numbers and prints for daily work orders. Adjust any items on the jobs as needed.
- Work with staging area on alternate material usage and issue that material to the work orders.
- Close out and issue material as work orders are completed. Problem solving with production group to ensure correct materials are issued.
- Complete DMR's daily.
- Advise production when stock is to be shipped out of inventory.
- Interface with Edina and drop ship companies to support special requests.
- Set-up Cycle Period for Cycle Counter each month.
- Assist Cycle Counter with inventory issues before posting to the system.
- Complete follow through on RMAs from freight bill, inspection, and RMA order completion.
- Run unshipped shipment report for orders due and print off sales orders needed to ship for
production.
- Print off Drop ship purchase orders, shipment paperwork and ship orders in the system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Production Scheduler: 2 years (Preferred)
