Swoon is Hiring a Supply Planning Analyst - 81232 Near Bellevue, WA
We are hiring an Allocation Planning Analyst for our leading telecom client in Bellevue, WA.
This is a hybrid (3x/week) contract through 3/31/25.
We offer health benefits through BCBS IL and cover 50% of contractor premiums, commuter benefits through WageWorks, and a 401k plan at 6 months.
What you'll bring:
- ERP planning, demand/supply, or allocation planning experience
- Experience analyzing allocation or supply market data
- Prior telecom experience a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and organization skills
What you'll do:
- Analyze supply market and current supply base - Build business case
- Build RFx and auction
- Negotiate contract provisions
- Track and report category performance against targets
- On-board suppliers
- Conduct supplier performance reviews
- Monitor contract execution
- Forecast demand
- Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities
- Define commodity and supplier strategies
- Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes
- Track category performance relative to targets, and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers
- Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, contracts, and project updates.
